This month have been a busy and rewarding month. So many opportunities to be used here in Honduras. My first project was to begin work with families , teaching them basic healthcare skills and some ways to help keep their families safe and healthy. I quickly realized that change and accepting new ideas takes time and lots of patience. Both of which I have committed to practice in this next year with the familes.
I also had the privilage of hosting a 17 people medical brigade from Moultrie Ga. We went to four communities/villages saw about eight hundred people and were richly blessed by the people we served. Some of the people/patients needs to be seen by specialist. I am now in the process of getting two of the kids, who was discovered to have heart problems, to Samaritans Purse. This organization offers free healthcare to the needy.
